Shipping policy

We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care.

Our delivery fees are determined by ZIP code and cover the first arrangement delivered within our delivery range.

To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we accept same day orders until 12:00 PM EST (possibly later if the delivery is in our immediate proximity). We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:30 PM. We do our best to meet these delivery deadlines, but we cannot accommodate a specific time, since delivery routes are arranged based on efficient routing, traffic and road conditions, other deliveries to the same area, etc. 

If a specific delivery time is necessary, we may try to arrange a dedicated-timed-delivery, for a charge starting at $30 and determined by location and times.

If a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc., a complimentary delivery attempt will be made on the same or the following business day. Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.
